For school districts

Emergency Operations Flip Charts and Booklets

Your emergency plan, ready in every classroom and every go bag.

We turn your district's emergency operations plan into clear, custom-formatted flip charts and companion booklets, and we can consult on the content along the way.

Two formats, one plan

Choose the flip charts, the booklets, or both

Flip charts

Comb-bound, for classrooms and offices

A quick-reference chart that hangs where staff need it. Flip to the right procedure, see who does what, and follow the steps.

Companion booklets

Saddle-stitched, for go bags

The same procedures in a compact booklet that travels with staff, so they are available outside the classroom, on field trips, and during evacuations.

Common questions

Who writes the content?
Your district's emergency operations plan is the source, and the decisions in it stay with your safety team and local emergency responders. If the plan needs organizing or clearer wording, we can consult on the content and then format it.
Can we order just the flip charts or just the booklets?
Yes. Districts can order either one or both.
Will it match our plan and our buildings?
Yes. We start from our template and adjust the pages to fit your procedures, your incident codes, and your branding. Contact pages leave room for each building to add its own staff and meet-up plans.
How are they bound?
Flip charts are comb-bound so pages turn easily and lie flat or hang. Booklets are saddle-stitched.
What happens when our plan changes?
We can update the pages and reprint. Pages carry an "Updated" date so staff know which version they have.
How long does it take?
Many small or rush jobs can be turned around same or next day, and standard turnaround is 3-5 days. Bound projects like these take more time, and it depends on quantity ordered, and consulting and review time needed for your project. Tell us your deadline and we'll give you a realistic date.
Can our staff access the manual online?
QR codes can link to an online version of your manual. We’ll work with your team to choose the option that fits.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on page count, quantity, and color. Tell us how many classrooms and buildings you have and we'll send a detailed quote within 1-2 business days.
How do we pay?
Payment by cash or check is due at time of service. Invoicing is available for organizations and businesses.
